It is crucial that at least one leader or volunteer from each Pack attends this meeting so please coordinate with Pack volunteers.
The JSN Orientation Meeting will provide leaders with an opportunity to discuss and plan for the upcoming Fall recruitment season. It is essential for all Packs to be represented to ensure effective communication and coordination among all volunteers. If you are unable to attend the meeting personally, please arrange for another reliable leader or volunteer from your committee to represent your Pack. (Please let your District Executive know if no one from your pack can attend.)
Please mark your calendars and make the necessary arrangements to ensure your attendance or representation at the JSN Orientation. The meeting will take place at Chester Presbyterian Church in the Fellowship Hall starting at 6PM. If you have any scheduling conflicts or require further information, please let your District Executive know as soon as possible.
