Join us for the JRDA Church Hill Open House Carriage Drive! JRDA Members will meet at Chimborazo Park about 11 AM in time to drive off at 12 PM. Decorate your horse and carriage and drive with us through the Church Hill neighborhood. This drive is in the city of Richmond so your horses should be okay with vehicles, pedestrians, dogs, and all things city. Shoes or boots recommended. You must be a JRDA member to attend. When you arrive park in the circle at Chimborazo Park.
