About JP: Nationally-performing comedian and actor J.P. McAllister has captivating stories to tell, and you’ll want to listen. His well-crafted anecdotes have a cadence you’ll love, as he describes the unfortunate yet hilarious situations he somehow manages to find himself in on the regular. His brilliant stories keep audiences guessing what’s going to happen next.

Based in Chicago, Illinois, after being raised in Indiana, McAllister has spent over a decade on stage entertaining and motivating crowds across the U.S. He’s performed for Bob Sumner, the legendary founder of Def Comedy Jam and Laff Mobb. His list of feats doesn’t stop there, as J.P. has appeared in more than a dozen television and film projects, including NBC’s Chicago PD.

In-between entertaining audiences both on stage and on screen, J.P. gives back. He has a role on the board of directors for Patrick Lives On, a Chicago area 501(c)(3) non-profit for at-risk youth.

A well-seasoned comic with a distinguished acting background, J.P. McAllister’s stage time shines through every time he grabs the mic. Smaller venues are his favorite, as he loves the memorable connections and impacts made. Make sure you get a seat to enjoy his next stand-up comedy show!

About Max: Max is a comedian based out of Chicago, IL. He’s a regular at clubs all over the city and Midwest. In 2024 Max was internationally ranked 4th in roast battles and the Chicago Roast Battle champion. When he’s not performing Max can be found at a coffee shop looking at his phone on top of his book.

The Drop Comedy Club is located on Level B inside of The Aloft Hotel. Free Parking is typically offered in the Aloft Hotel parking garage on levels 4 or 5. (Push the button at the gate to let hotel staff know you are attending the show.) The Drop Comedy Club is located on Level B inside of The Aloft Hotel.

If you have purchased tickets separately, but are coming as a group, please send a text to 574-222-2639 and ask to have all ticket orders in your party seated together. Adjustments to seating cannot be guaranteed.

F ood & Beverages available at WXYZ Bar on Level 1. All food and beverages can be brought down to the show. WXYZ offers a full food menu and full-liquor bar including a number of options such as buckets of beer, pre-mixed drinks in a can, or bottles of wine to reduce the need to make multiple trips to the bar during the show. Guests may also purchase more than one drink per trip to the bar. *There is not currently bar service inside of the show room, but it continues to be a feature we hope to be able to add in the future.
