Joyriders Manchester, Women only Intermediate PLUS to Bruntwood Park

Come join us for a festive, fun 16 mile return ride along shared cyclepaths & roads to The Vinery at Bruntwood Park. Our pit stop is approximately midway on our ride.

We'll be meeting at Chorlton "Waterpark" car park which is just off Maitland Avenue for a 10am start. Do arrive a few minutes earlier for the safety check & briefing. If coming by car give yourself enough time to remove your bike. There is free parking at the Water Park. https://w3w.co/clay.foster.scuba There are toilets which should be open at this time. We'll cycle around Didsbury golf course, Fletcher Moss Park & the quieter roads upto Cheadle & Bruntwood Park for our pit stop, joined by the Beginner PLUS riders from our other Christmas ride. Once suitably refreshed we'll head back to Chorlton via Heald Green & Wythenshawe Park. Christmas jumpers/T Shirts are encouraged though not compulsory. Please dress for the weather too.

• An Intermediate PLUS ride of 16 miles
• Average speed 9-10mph
• Cyclist: Confident on a bike & able to keep pace within a group.

All our rides do have a leader & backstop however, so nobody gets left behind.

Please be on time as we are not able to wait for latecomers.

Please bring with you:

• A helmet if you wish to wear one
• Water
• Snacks
• Gloves if it gets cold
• Money and card for the Cafe if you wish to buy something (some cafes only accept one of these)

• A bike lock
• A spare inner tube

If for any reason you're no longer able to attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your free ticket.

Continual no shows & late cancellations will affect future bookings.
