Joyful Spirit

This new workshop is an empowering and uplifting experience!

Created through a blend of meditation, energy healing and expansion and free-form dance and movement, this workshop will raise your vibrational level and make your spirit sing!

Participants will be able to let go and allow their spirit to express itself to bring happiness, joy and contentment back into their lives. Eyes open or eyes closed for focus, safety will be assured through our guides who will ensure no one trips, bumps or injures themselves during the experience.

Join us for a unique experience we're sure you'll want to attend again and again.

Sessions will meet the second Thursday each month Cost is $10/session.
