Join us to shake the dust off your soul and infuse your cells with refreshing joy bubbles! Joyful Movement Mornings are happening in November - Wednesday Mornings at 9 AM EDT at Thrive on Health in Brookline.

What IS Joyful Movement Mornings you may ask?
Well, it is kind of like a yoga class, except you will be guided through dynamic movements and transitions, as well as opportunities to move about the space.
Our practice will involve dancing groove and flair as well as space for your own spice!
This class will gently warm up our bodies, lubricate our joints, and open up our fascia to get us ready for healthy and liberated movement throughout our day!
I will hold the space for 15 minutes after class for anyone who would like to share or connect - all are welcome to head out when they are finished with no need to say goodbye.
