Joyful Journaling

Join Emma for a free, fun, family-friendly journaling workshop designed especially for children aged 7–11yrs. This interactive session introduces the power of journaling as a tool for positive thinking, self-expression, and building self-esteem.
Grown-ups are invited to take part alongside their children, making this a shared experience that benefits all ages. You’ll leave with practical ideas, inspiration and tools to continue your journaling journey together at home.

Materials will be supplied but if you have a favourite notebook or even a new notebook you would like to start using please do bring it along.

All children must be accompanied by an adult, max 3 children per adult.

Please book a ticket for everyone in your group including accompanying adults as places are limited.

This event is part of Story Lab, a week-long celebration of words and stories taking over Helston this May half term (23–30 May). Trevow Helston and The Writers’ Block are transforming the town into a living literary adventure — with workshops, trails, performances, drop-ins and open mics popping up in venues right across town.
