Set against the stunning skyline views of SoHo, this special series combines movement, community, and the magic of a New York City summer morning.

Joyflow® is a music-based journey blending gentle movement, powerful somatic release, creative exploration, and non-choreographed dance, guiding you to pure joy and deep rest.
