Join us for Joy Ryde, a drag show celebrating queer joy, hosted by local drag king Ryder Knight. Featuring talented local kings, queens, and things performing some of their favorite numbers, this is a night of creativity, community, and fun you won’t want to miss.
About Transistor
Transistor located in the Historic District of Edgewater on Bryn Mawr; showcases the work of more than 50 independent artists from Chicago and across Illinois. Browse unique art, apparel, gifts, and a carefully curated collection of new and used vinyl records. The show runs from 6-8 PM, and the store will be open from 5–9 PM.
Accessibility
Transistor is wheelchair accessible. There is a single stall gender neutral bathroom. Face masks are highly encouraged and KN-95 masks will be provided for free. We will also have air filters from Clean Air Club. There will be both seating and standing room. You will have an opportunity to reserve a seat if you need one, otherwise seating will be first come, first served.
