Most of us carry stress in our bodies long before we even realise it.What if, instead of analysing or fixing it, we let the body lead?
What if movement, rhythm, and play became the doorway back to ourselves?
Joy O Huna x Rhythm Play Circle is a heART-led, embodied experience where movement and sound come together to support mental and emotional well-being, nervous system regulation, and integrated well-being through presence, expression, and connection.
This is not about performance.
It’s not about getting it “right.”
It’s about listening.
Feeling.
Letting the body move in its own language.
We begin with Joy O Huna, a playful movement journey inspired by the 7 Huna principles, where music (from Huna House) becomes heART medicine and movement becomes a way to come home to yourself. There’s no choreography to remember, only an invitation to move with awareness, curiosity, and joy.
From there, we flow into the Rhythm Play Circle, where shared drumming and sound allow emotions to move, the nervous system to settle, and connection to unfold naturally. We listen, respond, and create together in the moment.
Guided by Joy and Has, and drawing on over 25 years of combined experience in coaching and training across Positive Psychology, dance, music, and movement. This space is held with intention, care, and playfulness. The intention is simple: to create a safe, heart-led space where people can regulate, express, and reconnect, gently in community.
