With a blend of free flowing and guided movements, this dance form invites you to leave behind the chatter of the mind and awaken to the wisdom of your body. Release stress, embrace joy and find peace in a safe, welcoming space. Let your body lead the way- Come, Move and Be Moved!

Throughout the experience there will be opportunties for connection/mild physical contact (like walking together, holding hands, high fives- this is an invitation only). Please wear comfortable clothing, bring some water and come with an open mind and heart.
