JourneyDance®

JourneyDance® is a conscious movement practice which creates a safe space to express yourself, nourish your body, and feel empowered. Free movement, improvisation, creative visualization, and exploration of your body’s energy, will allow you to drop deep into your body, to be in the present moment, and connect with your inner wisdom.

It is not about learning steps but rather allowing the combindation of music and gentle guidance to take you on a journey of releasing the energy, emotions, patterns, and beliefs that no longer serve you and reclaim all that does.

We will co-create, connect, laugh, smile, release, heal, and support each other as we move together. We will dance for 1 hour. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.

Amy Levine is a Certified JourneyDance® Facilitator. Her sessions are spacious, supportive, and grounded in the belief that personal expression is a vital part of wellness.
