Journey Within Sound Meditation

Join Heather at White Rose Family Chiropractic Center for a sound guided meditation to inner stillness.We will begin by dropping into the space with some centering and grounding, then receive the sounds of Native American-style flute, singing bowls, chimes, percussion and more as you drift into relaxation. Experience the power of sound as a tool to tone your inner being, shift energetic stagnation, and balance physically, mentally and emotionally. Sound has been shown to lower heart and respiration rate, reduce blood pressure, and relieve pain and tension.

Give yourself this gift of self-care as you move through your journey.

Please bring along yoga mats, bolsters, blanket, eye cover and anything else to welcome comfort. We will have some items for use. If you prefer to sit, chairs will be available.
