Journey with the Essence of Ayahuasca
A three-hour mini workshop
Ayahuasca assists you to Rebirth your hidden potential.
Step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself time to listen within. This three-hour gathering offers space to slow down, reconnect with your body and honour what is happening in your life.
We’ll begin by grounding into the Heart of the Earth, and calling on the Guardians of the Four Directions. Together, we’ll set an intention for the journey—perhaps something you wish to understand, something you feel ready to let go of, or simply a willingness to listen.
You’ll then be invited into a Sacred Sound Chamber—a space held through my voice as the Ancient Elders work through me, sacred sound of Bella my crystal bowl and attentive presence—as you journey with the Essence of Ayahuasca. You can settle into stillness, rest and follow what arises at your own pace.
You may notice feelings, memories, sensations or quiet moments of insight. Your experience may also be subtle. There is nothing you need to force or achieve, and you are welcome to pause, move or rest whenever you need.
This is an invitation to deepen your connection with the Earth, Ancient Plant wisdom and your own innate knowing.
To give attention to parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, and make room for what feels true and meaningful to you now.
We’ll close gently, allowing time to ground, reflect and share if you wish. You’ll have space to consider what you want to carry from the experience into your everyday life.
Come as you are. No previous experience is needed.
A note for participants: The Essence of Ayahuasca is a vibrational essence. This workshop does not involve drinking ayahuasca.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a Journal and Water Bottle
There will be a bottle of essence available to purchase for you to continue with journeying with Mother Ayahuasca
