Experience the healing power of sacred Sounds and explore the liminal realm through Light.
This enhanced event will also include a Blue Lotus elixir, made with Honey, Cinnamon, Vanilla & Nut Mylk, to support relaxation & reconnection. The themes of Ho'oponopono, a Hawaiian art of harmony through Loving Forgiveness, will expand throughout the night.
Journey with Ahstara & Pauly, of Community as Medicine, through the transformative power of the didgeridoo, drums, singing bowls and other indigenous instruments. This group sound bath includes personal sound clearnings & blessings.
While sinking into a deep state of relaxation, explore your inner landscape with support from Rose of Advocate Self Care and the Lucia Light No3.
Throughout the event, you will receive both direct sound healing & light time.
The Lucia Light is a hypnagogic light wave experience, harmonizing with the brain to support a deeper meditative state, in a liminal space. Some individuals "see" colors and fractals while others reach a special level of peace.
No experience needed. Bring an open heart, curious mind and anything comfy you enjoy while resting on the floor (such as a yoga mat, cushion, blanket etc).
One mat, blanket & bolster is provided.
Cost: $57
