DATES/TIMES:
Four daily cruise times are available between November 28, 2024 - January 1st, 2025.
-Cruise Length: 40 minutes
-First Cruise: 4:30 - 5:10 PM (boarding at 4 PM)
-Second Cruise: 5:30 - 6:10 PM (boarding at 5 PM)
-Third Cruise: 6:30 - 7:10 PM (boarding at 6 PM)
-Last Cruise: 7:30 - 8:10 PM (boarding at 7 PM)
-Boarding Location: Boarding & Check-in takes place at The Resort Plaza Shops (210 E Sherman) 30 minutes prior to departure. Note: Our team will walk you down to the Boardwalk as a group based on cruise booking times - please do not go directly to the Boardwalk Marina for boarding. We ask that you check-in at The Resort Plaza Shops first.

ADA ACCESSIBILITY:
All cruise entrance doors & bathroom doors have been widened per ADA standards
All Tables are wheelchair accessible
Ramp down to the boardwalk to allow for wheelchair use
Lighted ramps to board the boat (rather than steps up to the boat)
*Note: All guests will board at The Resort Plaza Shops at The North Pole Ticket Lounge. Guests with disabilities can access The Plaza Shops building from the northeast entrance, which offers a ramp into the building rather than stairs. For further special accommodations, please contact our Holiday Light Show Ticketing Team at (208) 292-5670 and we would be happy to accommodate you.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
The Lake Coeur d'Alene Cruises Team keeps snow shoveled to the best of our ability, but we also recommend wearing appropriate shoes.
We apply salt and sand frequently to the walkway between the Plaza Shops and the Cruise Boats.
The Boardwalk ramp down to the cruise boats has railings for use. The ramp is also made of a grated metal which provides traction for safety.
