'Journey to the Heart Exclusive' is a deeply relaxing drum soundbath with hands on Reiki/Pure Energy Healing.
A Premium event for only 6 people, held in the heart of the city at Gandy Street, only a few minutes walk from Exeter Central train station.
An immersive sensory experience of sound, vibration, breath and nurturing touch, led by the drum for a beautiful, meditative and rhythmic flow into deep relaxation. The small intimate group offers a generous amount of 1:1 time from myself, a good option for people who are unable to finance a private session.
No hard floors to lie on. Comfortable couches, leg bolster, pillow and eye pillow are provided for your comfort.
Particularly suitable for anyone who experiences discomfort lying on the floor, or simply for anyone who appreciates comfort for a greater experience of letting go and sinking in.
