About this Event

You’re invited to embark on a Journey to the Heart - an intimate, guided journaling experience designed to spark reflection, creativity, and meaningful connection.

This workshop offers a gentle space to slow down, turn inward, and explore your thoughts through guided prompts and intentional writing. Whether you’re new to journaling or already have a practice, all are welcome.

A complimentary set of journaling materials and supplies will be provided.
