*Plant Essences are liquid constituents in a concentrated form added to water to be taken as a tincture shot.
*Hapé is an Amazonian tobacco based snuff that is blown with intention into the nasal cavity, with the goal of providing an instantaneous grounding effect. It is intended to allow you to be fully present and calm, with a clear mind.
These plants are used by ancient cultures for medicinal, spiritual and ceremonial purposes.

What to bring:

-Comfortable clothes

-Closed toed shoes (no sandals)

-Long pants (wearing shorts is not recommended for your comfort in the outdoor farm setting)

-Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and/or lightweight folding chair

-Hat and/or sunglasses

-Water

-Tissues

-Sunscreen and/or bug spray

-Journal and writing utensil

Please note that this event will take place RAIN OR SHINE as we can be indoors or outdoors with our equine friends, and due to the exclusive nature of this event, we are not able to offer refunds at this time. Thank you for understanding!

Please dress in LAYERS clothes you don't mind getting dirty, with sturdy closed toed shoes (boots preferred), appropriate for the weather as we will be OUTDOORS in the pasture with our equine friends (in case of inclement weather, we will move indoors into the barn and still be with the horses regardless). We suggest bringing a hat/sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, and water with you as well as a folding/camping chair to sit in while out in the pasture (we do have a few extra but not enough for everyone), as well as a light blanket and/or yoga mat to sit on, and a pillow or extra blanket to rest your head on if you would like (please bring options to get comfortable). We always have a few extra chairs, yoga mats, blankets, and seat cushions available!
