About this Event
Step into a deeply restorative afternoon designed to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and reconnect you with your inner balance. ✨
Journey Through the Nervous System is an immersive healing experience that blends ceremonial cacao, plant wisdom, aromatherapy creation, and a powerful sound bath to help the body release stress and return to a state of deep relaxation.
We begin with a heart opening cacao and grounding ritual to help you slow down and arrive fully in the space. You’ll then explore simple insights about how the nervous system works and how plant allies and scent can help the body feel safe, supported, and regulated.
Each participant will create a custom aromatherapy blend to support their intention for the experience and take home as a tool for continued self care.
From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath journey using crystal bowls, drum, chimes, and other vibrational instruments designed to help the body settle into rest and renewal.
The afternoon closes with quiet reflection, journaling, and optional sharing to support integration.
This experience is perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, nervous system reset, emotional balance, or simply a peaceful space to reconnect with themselves.
