Join us for a transformative evening as we journey through the elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—to explore the depths of your inner self. Each element represents a unique facet of who you are, and through this sacred exploration, you'll connect more deeply with the energies of nature.We'll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, a heart-opening medicine that grounds us and deepens our connection to ourselves and one another. This sacred ritual will set the tone for a reflective journey through guided sharing and journaling, where you'll have the chance to look back on your past year with gratitude and intention.
The evening will culminate in a restorative sound experience. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, rattles, drums, gongs, crystal lyre, crystal pyramids, and chimes. This full sound immersion invites deep relaxation, self-care, and healing, aligning your spirit with the powerful frequencies that support the manifestation of your New Year’s intentions.
Important Details:
Arrival: If this is your first visit to the Center, please arrive by 5:45 PM. Doors will close promptly at 5:55 PM, because the door locks late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
What to Bring: Please bring a journal and water. We provide comfortable mats and blankets, but feel free to bring any additional items that help you feel cozy.
Preparation: Stay well-hydrated and avoid eating two hours before the event. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax into the experience.
