Join Tracey Muir of Buddha’s Beads and Jewellery and Elspeth Lewis of Pause to Be for an uplifting day retreat where you’ll learn about the crystals and sounds which support each chakra from root to crown.
In the beautiful natural surroundings at Beechbrae Woodland Centre we invite you to come, relax and connect with yourself.
You’ll use your chakra crystal set (included), as well as learning a combination of vocal sounds, bija mantras and drumming rhythms for each energy centre.

🌱 Morning session (arrive 10:30am for 11:00am start)
Welcome and introductions
Grounding meditation
Exploring Root to Heart chakras
🌱 Lunch break (1:00pm)
Please bring lunch with you - there is plenty of indoor and outdoor breakout space to sit for lunch or to wander.
🌱 Afternoon session (1:40pm-4:30pm)
Mindful walk (weather permitting)
Exploring Throat to Crown chakras
Sound bath
Closing circle and loving kindness meditation

£75 per person (includes full day of practices, set of chakra crystals, journal and pen, teas and snacks)

🌿 Elspeth Lewis, Pause to Be
Elspeth Lewis is a Mindfulness Teacher, ACT coach (Acceptance and Commitment Training), Sound Practitioner and author, based in Edinburgh, Scotland. She is passionate about sharing stress reduction techniques with others so that they might experience more ease in everyday life.
Elspeth is originally from Belfast, (although is half-Scottish) and has lived in Scotland for 28 years. She enjoys daily walks in nature with her mud-loving golden retriever, Monty.
🌿 Tracey Muir, owner of Buddha’s Beads and Jewellery, Reiki Master, and also holds diplomas in Crystal Reiki, Crystal Healing, Intuitive Healing, Mediumship, Connecting with your Spirit Guides, Moon Magic, Wicca and Yoga.
She loves to design and make bespoke and unique pieces of jewellery, and enjoys adding healing crystals. Tracey always infuses everything she makes with beautiful Reiki healing energy.
