Reconnect with your inner energy through a deeply restorative afternoon of yoga, meditation, and sound healing.
Guided by Monica Limon, Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, and Melanie Fox, Sound Healer, this immersive experience invites you on a journey through the seven chakras—the body's primary energy centers that influence our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
We'll journey through each of the seven chakras using supported restorative yoga poses, guided meditation, sacred bija mantras, yantras, color visualization, and chakra-specific sound healing with crystal singing bowls.
As you rest, you'll be invited to reconnect with your body's subtle energy, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate greater balance, clarity, and inner peace.
The afternoon concludes with an extended sound healing meditation in Savasana, leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply restored.
✨ No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
