Journey Through the Chakras
We will examine each chakra, looking at what it represents, the areas of the body and life it's connected to and some easy ways to support balance.
We'll end our time together with a yoga flow designed to balance the chakras, bringing everything together through breathe and movement.
No experience with chakras is needed. This workshop is designed for beginners and anyone who wants to learn.
Come with an open mind, leave with a better understanding of your body's energy and some simple tools you can use after the workshop.
