Join The Soul Sanctuary for our community Sound Journey series offered through Grove City Parks and Recreation. Experience the grounding and rhythmic sounds of ceremonial and tribal drums to help anchor your energy, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect you with the heartbeat of the Earth. ❤️🌎
The steady pulse of the drums speaks directly to the nervous system, helping your body shift out of stress and into a state of calm. This journey supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and a deep sense of belonging designed to remind you that you are supported, held, and connected to something greater.
Our Journey of the Drums experience invites you to shift from the busy mind into the wisdom of the body, creating space for restoration, balance, and deeper self-awareness.
Each Sound Journey includes:
🧘♀️ A guided meditation with a new theme each month
💆♀️ Gentle, hands-on energy work (optional)
🎶 Sound and vibrational techniques intended to support relaxation and restoration
💜 A safe and welcoming environment to rest, connect and recharge
Our Sound Journey series is hosted by a husband-and-wife duo, bringing balanced masculine and feminine energy into the space. Monika is a Reiki Master, certified Sound Healer, an Access Consciousness Practitioner as well as a practitioner of various other energetic modalities. Derek is Reiki 1 and Animal Reiki certified and has been a natural musician most of his life. He has taught himself to play the guitar, drums, singing bowls, and native-inspired wood flutes.
We welcome you to tune into the magic of your soul with a rhythmic journey through sound, energy, and vibration. 🩷

📍Where: 2803 Southwest Blvd, Grove City, OH 43123 (Park and enter on the backside of the building)
💁♀️ Bring: Something to lay on like a yoga mat, blanket, or anti-gravity chair. Optional additions: pillow, eye mask, leg bolster, or blanket.
