Join our herbalist, Jake Kastenbaum, where he will guide you through the basics of herbalism. We will learn what an herb is, the different parts of an herb, different applications for herbs and our top 15 favorite herbs we use in the apothecary!Please bring a notebook and something to write with! This is a lecture and interactive based class - we will be trying the differences between a tea, an infusion and a decoction and how to make each!
