Join us for an afternoon of meditation, laughter, and synchronizing breath with movement to bring you fully home to yourself.
I went to one of Sarah Falter’s SOMA breathwork and dance events at a time when my mind was going totally bonkers and in over-brain mode- this experience dropped me into my body when nothing else could. I felt like I returned back to my soul essence, coming back home to myself.
Sarah and I are collaborating to do that for YOU! Facilitating an experience for you to come back to yourself, feel and be in your body- the temple that holds the youest You!
It is foundational and imperative that a person is truly in themselves, embodied, because that’s where the gifts and magic reside.
