Step into a deeply restorative sound experience designed to calm the body, quiet the mind, and gently guide you inward.
Each session is centered around a unique monthly theme, allowing you to experience sound in a way that supports where you are physically, emotionally, and energetically.
There is nothing you need to do… simply come, rest, and receive.
Through the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments, you’ll be held in a peaceful space where the body can release tension and return to balance.
You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

A deeply calming experience designed to soothe the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring the body into a state of rest and restoration.
Perfect if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated.
