Life in your 30s, 40s and 50s can feel full.
Maybe you're raising children or adjusting to an empty nest.
Maybe you've been through a breakup, divorce, redundancy, burnout, grief, caring responsibilities, or you're asking yourself: “Is this really the life I want?”
Or maybe life looks fine on the outside… but somewhere along the way, you've stopped making time to check in with yourself.
Reflect & Reset is a gentle, guided journaling workshop designed to help you pause, reflect and intentionally choose how you want the next chapter of your life to feel.
You don’t need to be a writer. You don’t need to share anything personal.
This is simply time for you.

✨ Reconnect with what brings you joy
✨ Set intentions instead of running on autopilot
✨ Create space for your own thoughts again
This also a lovely way to meet other people in a similar stage of life … people who understand the balancing act of careers, family, friendships, change and figuring out what comes next... we also do tend to have a bit of fun too!!!
After the workshop (7pm-9pm), stay for a drink if you’d like … no pressure, just relaxed conversation and a chance to connect with others upstairs at the venue.
