About this Event

Becoming a Financial Champion® helps them recognise financial stress, support conversations, and signpost appropriately.
Why? Because financial stress rarely stays at home.

Yet many managers and workplace teams feel unsure how to approach money-related conversations appropriately.
The Financial Champion® initiative was created to bridge that gap.
In this half-day training, participants will learn how to:
- recognise signs of financial stress
- understand common behavioural responses
- start supportive conversations appropriately
- maintain professional boundaries
- signpost safely and confidently
- contribute to a more supportive workplace culture
Small Group Training
Numbers are limited to 12 to allow for maximum support during the training.

There is NO financial expertise required.

Duration:
Approximately 3 hours, including break - 9.30am-12.30pm

Participants are not expected to:
- provide regulated financial advice
- counsel debt solutions
- act as therapists
The programme focuses on awareness, communication, boundaries and signposting.
