What if that gorgeous journal you bought, which is gathering dust on your desk, could be put to more creative use? What if journaling could be much more than "Dear Diary..."
Your journal could become a tool for connecting with your intuition, discovering your purpose, and creating meaningful change. Join us for a hands-on workshop exploring the connection between writing or expressing yourself on paper, either by handwritten techniques or using a few simple art media. What to bring:
- a journal, notebook, or art paper notebook (Michael's or Walmart Art Supply)
- pencils, pens, markers, an eraser
- art chalk or colored pencils
We'll introduce one or two new journaling techniques to help you explore your thoughts, recognize patterns, clarify personal goals, and discover what truly matters to you. Through spirit-led, intuitively channeled guided meditation, we'll create space to explore your connection to divine wisdom, deepen your self-awareness, and uncover intentions that feel aligned with your soul's path.
