During this workshop, we’ll explore sound exercises, breathwork, and reflective journaling prompts inspired by the Sound element, focusing on the theme of 'HARMONIZING WITH NATURE’S RHYTHM AND TUNING INTO THE CREATIVE RESONANCE OF THE WORLD.'
