*Reflect and grow: Build self-awareness and cultivate gratitude.
You will learn techniques for meaningful journaling, prompts to inspire creativity and reflection, and strategies for turning journaling into a daily habit. No writing experience is necessary, just bring your curiosity, an open mind and a pen. You can either bring your own journal to class or purchase one in the shop that night. All class participants will receive 20% off any journal the night of class.
Class is led by Kim Landini and Gina Forleo.
