FEBRUARY TOPIC: Self-Love Through Curiosity
Enjoy time to yourself as you reflect and journal in nature.
Self-reflective journal prompts are provided and encourage participants to explore their inner world through unique and thought-provoking questions.
Afterward, we will walk around the park to connect with others and take in our surroundings.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
Things to bring:
- A blanket or chair
- A journal and writing utensil (*extras available upon request)
- Sunblock and bug spray
- Snacks/Water
Grab your ticket. Spots are limited.
Location: Lake Parker Park- Enter through the Gate # 1 entrance.
Follow the road towards the left and go to the back parking lot.
We will be in the open field behind the parking lot.
