JOURNAL & NATURE WALK MEETUP

Embark on a healing practice for the busy mind.

Enjoy time to yourself as you reflect and journal in nature.

Self-reflective journal prompts are provided and encourage participants to explore their inner world through unique and thought-provoking questions.

Afterward, we will walk around the park to connect with others and take in our surroundings.

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

Water and journals are provided, but feel free to bring your own.

Things to bring:

• A blanket or chair
• Sunblock and bug spray

Spots are limited.

Location: Lake Parker Park- Enter through the Gate # 1 entrance.

Follow the road towards the left and go to the back parking lot.

We will be in the open field behind the parking lot.
