A public intellectual known for making history more accessible through his writings on Philippine art and history, Ambeth is the perfect companion for discovering where Rizal visited, hearing stories that bring his stay to life, and gaining a deeper understanding of how Frankfurt shaped one of the Philippines' greatest minds.
Rizal visited Frankfurt in 1886 and had a pivotal experience in Germany, including the printing of Noli Me Tángere in Berlin. To this day, remnants of his legacy remain in parts of Germany and Europe.
