Speeches by Mayor Rob O'Brian and City Manager Nick Edwards. Video presentations from the City of Joplin, Joplin Schools, Joplin Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Joplin Association, plus Jasper and Newton Counties.

Seating is limited to 250 guests. Tickets are only sold online and available on a first-come, first-served basis. No refunds.
