About this Event

Come Celebrate with Us!

We’re closing out the Spring term with something brand new: a full block party outside Greenwich House Pottery bringing together studio members, neighbors, artists, families, and the broader clay community.

Join us for a day of ceramics, music, food, Pride celebrations, hands-on activities, and community on Jones Street.

Free & family-friendly!

WHAT’S HAPPENING

🏆 The Clay Olympics

Who can throw the tallest coil pot? Make a teapot blindfolded? Throw with their feet? Bring your skills—or just your sense of humor—for a series of wild and wonderful clay competitions celebrating everything we love about ceramics.

🏳️‍🌈 Pride at the Pottery

Celebrate Pride Month with a LGBTQIA+ ceramics pop-up sale benefiting the Stonewall Community Foundation. Featuring work by queer ceramic artists from our community.

🎨 Arts and Crafts

Listen to musical performances hosted by Greenwich House Music School. Browse handcrafted ceramics by Pottery School students and faculty. Shop goods from our Older Adult Network knitting club. And partake in hands-on family activities.

🛍️ Local Partners

Learn more and support our neighboring businesses. Vendors will be selling goods and showcasing their wares. Enter to win generously donated raffle items including gift certificates to local restaurants!

Attending this event constitutes implied consent to be photographed or recorded, and to have those photographs or video footage published by Stonewall Community Foundation in furtherance of its charitable mission.
