BATHHOUSE SPECIAL CLASS - TENDING TO YOURSELF: A HOLISTIC RETREAT
About this Event
TENDING TO YOURSELF - A Holistic Retreat
with Kumari Helbling
June focus: What is in my control?
Having a job to survive and (for a lot of people) a second job to sustain your actual career in performing arts, is a lot of business to handle. In fact, so much business that the joy of being creative, the joy of being an artist, seems to get cut short on a regular basis.
Is there even time for joy? Yes, there is!
Through an assortment of tools (such as meditation, movement, improvisation, mindset and guided self-reflection) we’ll explore different ways to access joy. The goal of this workshop is for you to experience strategies which you’ll be able to practice, customize and get inspired by. The intention is for you to eventually create access to, replenish and expand the joy of your artistry.
