تدور أحداث عرض Jolly Jingle Fest at Santa's Factoryداخل ورشة مصنع بابا نويل ليلة عيد الميلاد حيث ينشغل بابا نويل، ماما نويل، مساعدينهما الصغار، الأقزام، الظبيان الرنانة وغيرهم من شخصيات عيد الميلاد المعروفة بتحضير آخر دفعة من هدايا عيد الميلاد قبل أن يبدأ بابا نويل في توزيعها على الأطفال حول العالم، وستشترك جميع الشخصيات أثناء العرض في سحر يوم عيد الميلاد من خلال العديد من الأغاني وترانيم العيد الشهيرة، وهي التي سيستعرضون منها المعاني الحقيقية وراء قيم ومبادئ عيد الميلاد.
Jolly Jingle Fest at Santa's Factory is a musical performance that takes place at Santa Claus's Workshop on the day before Christmas where Santa Claus, Mama Claus, their little workers, elves, reindeers and other iconic Christmas characters are working toward preparing the final shipment of gifts for children all over the world. During the performance everyone takes part in the magic of the Christmas carols and songs, during which they remember the true essence of the magic of Christmas and the meanings behind its values and morals.
