This is a first come, first served event, and we’re accepting the first 16 teams that register and pay their fees, so get your teams together and be ready to sign up on March 1!

• Collect any additional registration fees.

• Match 2: Team C vs. Team D

• Match 3: Team E vs. Team F

• Match 4: Team G vs. Team H

1:30 PM - 2:00 PM: Break / Scores Announcement

• Announce winners of Round 1 and provide updates on the bracket.

• Allow teams to refresh and prepare for the next round.

• Best of three or first to 501 points as per tournament rules.

9:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Awards Ceremony

• Presentation of prizes to the winning team.

• Acknowledgment of all participants and sponsors.

10:00 PM - 12:00 AM: After Party

• Socialize, karaoke, enjoy a mocktails. silent auction, light snacks and more

• Engage in fun activities and games to celebrate the event.
