A four hour workshop on how to correctly and safely use joint manipulation and throwing techniques. The principles learned here can be exported to any martial application though here we will finish up by looking at use in sword fighting. We will go over how to manipulate joints and balance, how to safely have your joints and balance manipulated and how to work with your partner in a safe manner.Cost £40 per student.
