• Kashk-e-bademjan Pureed eggplant and garlic, topped with sauteed mint and kashk

Main Course

• Joojeh Kabob chunks of boneless marinated chicken thighs
• Mahi Kabob Fillet of Salmon, marinated in saffron, lemon juice, and olive oil

• Fesenjan Vegetarian stew with ground walnuts and pomegranate sauce
