About this Event
If you are new to the social prescribing ecology in Edinburgh and the Lothians, or you would be keen to gain an understanding of what social prescribing is and hear about some local experiences of the social prescribing in action, then please join us for this event.
Open to community organisations and individuals operating across Edinburgh and the Lothians, who provide programmes, resources and/or advice that could be beneficial to individuals who are experiencing ill health due to social determinants, the morning will provide an opportunity to gain new insights, increase awareness of support systems and make new connections.
