Brand Launch Celebration: Joining in MovementPlease join us for a special brand launch celebration of Joining in Movement, Erik Nowakowski’s Feldenkrais Method practice.
Erik will be offering free Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) lessons throughout the day, along with introductory talks, refreshments, and giveaways.
Guests are welcome to attend as many lessons as they like. Each session is designed to stand on its own, so you can drop in at any time—no prior experience required.

1:20 – 1:30 PM – Introduction to the Feldenkrais Method
1:30 – 2:30 PM – ATM Lesson: Exploring Breathing
2:30 – 2:45 PM – Break / Q&A
2:50 – 3:00 PM – Introduction to the Feldenkrais Method
3:00 – 4:00 PM – ATM Lesson: Exploring Movements of the Pelvis
4:00 – 4:15 PM – Break / Q&A
4:20 – 4:30 PM – Introduction to the Feldenkrais Method
4:30 – 5:30 PM – ATM Lesson: Exploring Movements of the Jaw, Eyes, and Tongue
5:30 – 6:00 PM – Discussion, Q&A & Wrap-up
Additional Information
- All lessons are beginner-friendly, and participants of all experience levels are welcome.
- Some lessons may involve lying on your back. A limited number of yoga mats will be available—bringing your own is encouraged.
- Modifications and accommodations will be offered for those with physical limitations (e.g., sitting in a chair or standing instead of lying down).
- This event is free and open to all. Optional donations are welcome and will help cover space and event costs.
