Take your palate on a guided journey through southern France right here in Downtown Cary. We are excited to host a tasting featuring five wines from Côté Mas, exploring how unique grape varieties and classic winemaking techniques shape every glass.
We’ll start with Crémant de Limoux Brut, a sparkling wine with notes of honey, acacia, and crystallized lemon, followed by the Sauvignon Vermentino, a refreshing white with floral aromas and hints of peach and pear. The Rosé Aurore brings bright cherry and red berry flavors, while the Côté Mas Orange offers something a little different: white grapes fermented with their skins to create its color, texture, and notes of tangerine and spice. We’ll finish with the Syrah Grenache, a smooth red with plum, raspberry, and a touch of licorice.
