Working together, Liz and Yele will help you develop a deeper connection and greater harmony with your horse. Through a combination of flatwork, pole work, Shiatsu, and Alexander Tecnique principles, you’ll gain practical tools to improve body awareness, balance, and communication for both horse and rider.
