Spring Charcuterie Workshops @ Oak & MooreDuring this workshop, you will:
Learn how to select, cut, and beautifully display an array of cheeses.
Master the basics of constructing an artful charcuterie display.
Acquire tricks to create salami roses and river designs.
We provide all the necessary equipment and food items for the workshop, including:
Palm Leaf Disposable Board
Cutting Board and Paring Knife
Small Disposable Bowls
3-4 Cheeses
2-3 Charcuterie Meats
Fruits, Nuts, Mini Pickles, Olives
Crackers (GF option included)
Spreads and Condiments
Disposable Serving Utensils
Kraft Box
Food Safe Gloves
At the end of the workshop, attendees will take home their charcuterie creation displayed on a disposable Palm Leaf Platter.
Workshops will be held at Oak & Moore located at 141 N Main Street, Versailles KY, 40383.
100% prepayment is due with registration. Cancellations 7 days or more prior will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 6 days or less prior will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No shows are ineligible for refunds or credits. Deposits or payments on classes are non-refundable, regardless of date and are non-transferable.
