The Spoon warmly welcomes members from TUNA (Trent University Native Association) to the Cafe for a hands-on cooking workshop.
About this Event

The Spoon warmly welcomes members of TUNA (Trent University Native Association) to the Cafe on Monday, November 18th from 5-7pm to teach us how to make 3 Sisters Soup, a nourishing and traditional meal using beans, squash and corn. This is a hands-on workshop, and attendees will have the opportunity to learn this recipe by chopping and cooking together. This workshop includes enjoying a bowl of the soup we created together!

The cooking portion will be from 5-7pm, and you are welcome to stay for a bowl of soup afterwards.
