Butchery Team Canada has partnered up with 12 amazing chefs to bring you an unforgettable night. Each chef will bring forward a signature dish that will leave your taste buds wanting more!
12 incredible food stations
1.Chef Ted Reader: Godfather Of The Grill will be making his tasty BBQ Style Cassoulet.
2.Capra’s Kitchen : Chef Abass offering one of Chef Massimo signature porchetta sandwiches, you will not be disappointed.
3.Shucker Paddy : Celebrity Chef Patrick “ Paddy” McMurry shucking PEI'S best Raspberry Point Oysters with wonderful salty taste, clean flavour, and a delightful, sweet finish.
4.Chef Luciano Schipano : Chef Owner of "Culinarium" / Director Italian Federation Chefs / Jamie's Oliver Food Ambassador will be preparing his delicious Polenta Station. Enjoy the comforting flavors of this traditional Italian dish, featuring creamy golden polenta. With slow cooked Wild Boar Ragout - classic Roman Cacio e Pepe or Sautéed porcini mushrooms add an earthy elegance, enhancing the polenta with their umami richness
5.Chef Paul Hoag : 2024 Chef of the year and a Gold medal winner at IKA Culinary Olympics brings forward a decadent desert with Pistachio ganache, candied orange Cannoli. Verrine of Vegan chocolate mousse, raspberries Chocolate Mendiants, dried fruit and nuts / Mini Tarts of apple butter, hazelnut praline squash ganache / Sable cookies with dulce de leche Soymilk Nama Choco / Vegan gf, chocolate square bites) & Flodeboller a gourmet viva puff cookie.
6.Chef David Franklin: Culinary Team Canada manger and his team will be putting forward their winning Trout Poke dish, and their Chicken Confit. A must experience dish!
7.Chef Shonah Chalmers: Canadien Culinary Federation, Toronto Branch Chairman and her team will be preparing locally grown Glazed King Cole duck wings with Celeriac slaw
8. Butchery Team Canada : South Africa Biltong Station (the official Team Canada snack)
9.House of EXTE : Experience the elegance of aged balsamic vinegars and exotic olive oils from the master himself Silvio Serrano
10.Chef Ryan Marquis : President of the Canadian Culinary Federation.
11.George Brown College : Chef Luis Valenzuela along side George Brown young chef students will deliver an intractive Taco station, Chef Luis has been recognized as one of the best in the city and will deliver an incredable food experience at this station.

Founded in 2018, Butchery Team Canada aims to spotlight Canada's exceptional butchery talent on the global stage at the World Butchers' Challenge.
With the help of their team managers, sponsors, fans, friends and family, the team travelled to Sacramento in September 2022 to compete for the very first time. They have now begun preparation for the World Butchers' Challenge in Paris, France March 30 and 31, 2025.
